Autobatch 1500 kg/hazardous area any number of ingredients
flammable or non flammable ingredients into various container sizes form 20 kg (5 gallon) buckets to 1,000
kg (1 ton) mobile tanks . Used in many industrial manufacturing
applications. This system uses Polar's Autobatch software with Autorep report
generator including ingredient costing and inventory control. An intrinsically safe
operator's display is included. The operator selects a job to be dispensed form a
list of pending jobs. A scale and tare function allows for manual addition of
ingredients. Accessories include, printer, label printer, color scanner and

Autobatch 1 kg, non-hazardous area, up to 28 ingredients, thick ink
non-flammable ingredients into 50 g, 200 g and 1000 g containers. Typical accuracy
+/- 0.1 gram. Used in the screen printing industry. This system has air
operated 42:1 pumps with follower plates for 5 kg and 20 kg ingredient containers.
Ink viscosity can be up to 270 poise. There is full Autobatch software with report
generator including ingredient costing and inventory control. Color computer
functions and rework of old colors into new is included. Accessories include
stainless steel computer cabinet, printer, label printer, color scanner and

construct their own dispensing systems, Polar will supply key system components such as
software and electronics. We are actively seeking joint venture partners and will
supply systems components completely or partially assembled. Polar can also supply
drawings for construction of Polar dispensers under license.
HX-1 Load Cell Scale Input Card
The HX-1 is a precision analog to digital converter card with additional communication
functions. A single serial cable connects the HX-1 to the PC running Polar's
Autobatch dispensing software. A second RS-232 serial port on the HX-1 allows
connection of any number of OUT-1 solenoid driver cards. The HX-1 can resolve the
weight signal from a standard load cell to an incredible, 250,000 counts. This
means that a scale with a 25kg load cell can read to 0.1 gram resolution or a 250kg scale
can read to 1 gram. A precision, 10 volt load cell excitation supply is provided by
the HX-1. The HX-1 is powered by a 24vdc unregulated supply (supply A).
OUT-1 Digital Output Card
Dispensing valves are controlled by the OUT-1 digital output card. Each OUT-1 card
has 8 optically isolated digital outputs. Outputs are powered by an unregulated
24vdc supply (supply B) which is separate from supply A. The electronics of the
OUT-1 card are supplied by a 24 vdc unregulated supply (supply A).
IN-1 Digital INPUT Card
Contact closure inputs are sensed by the IN-1 digital input card. Each IN-1 card has
8 optically isolated digital inputs. Inputs are powered by an unregulated 24vdc
supply (supply B) which is separate from supply A. The electronics of the IN-1 card
are supplied by a 24 vdc unregulated supply (supply A). The IN-1 card is
only used in systems requiring digital inputs such as dual scale systems. The IN-1
connects in the "daisy chain" just like the OUT-1 cards shown above.
Control Box Polar
circuit cards with power supplies and pneumatic solenoid valves can be supplied in a fully
wired and tested control box. The pneumatic solenoid valves drive double acting
control actuators on the dispensing valves. A recirculate function is provided to
mix ingredients when dispensing is not taking place.
Dispenser Kit Polar will configure a kit including
whichever components you require to build a dispenser. For those with well
equipped workshops close, the Dispenser Kit can be a cost effective
option. The resulting dispenser is configured exactly the way the
customer wants it.

imaginable for color dispensing. There is unlimited formula storage, inventory control and record
keeping and rework of old colors into new.

InkSurf software for the
packaging and printing industry This software will eliminate the guesswork form job
estimating. Exactly measure the coverage area of each ink color starting from
artwork in BMP, JPG etc. file format or if you are using a 4 color process, calculate the
CMYK ink quantities starting form a color picture or file. Use a flat bed scanner to
capture your JPG or BMP image if you don't have the file. (runs with Windows 98, Windows
XP and Windows 2000, does not work with Windows NT).
